1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the 499det platform at https://499det.onl (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and 499det ("we", "us", or "the Company").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if one has been opened. 2 Eligibility & Age Verification

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be closed immediately and all funds will be forfeited in accordance with applicable anti-underage-gambling obligations.

3 Account Registration & Management

To access real-money games and sports betting on 499det, you must register a single personal account. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:

• Each individual may register only one account. Duplicate accounts are a breach of these Terms.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction (or equivalent in USDT at the prevailing exchange rate).
• Deposits are credited to your 499det account balance in real time for supported mobile money methods. Crypto deposits via USDT may take up to 15 minutes depending on blockchain confirmation times.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days from the date of approval. Processing times may extend during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawals will ordinarily be returned to the same payment method used to make the original deposit. Where this is not technically possible, an alternative verified method must be provided.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
