1 Deposit Limit Policy
499det allows every registered player to set binding daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps on their account. Once a cap is reached within the defined period, the system will block any further deposit attempts until the period resets automatically.
Reducing a deposit limit takes effect immediately upon confirmation. Increasing a limit — or removing one entirely — is subject to a mandatory 24-hour waiting period from the time the request is submitted. This cooling-off period exists to protect players from impulsive decisions made during a gambling session. 499det reserves the right to refuse a limit increase if our responsible gaming team identifies a pattern of concern in the player's account activity.
2 Time-Out & Cool-Off Periods
A time-out is a short-term account pause designed for players who feel they need a brief break from gambling activity. Time-out options available on 499det are: 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, and 30 days. During a time-out, you cannot log in to your account, make deposits, place bets, or access any real-money gaming features.
Time-outs can be activated instantly from within your account settings after 499det Login. Once activated, a time-out cannot be cancelled before its natural expiry — this is intentional. After the period expires, your account is automatically re-enabled and you may log in again. No action is required from the player to resume normal account access.
Time-outs are distinct from self-exclusion. They are shorter, temporary, and designed for players who want to manage their play responsibly without committing to a full self-exclusion. If you feel you need a longer break, self-exclusion is the appropriate tool.
3 Self-Exclusion
Self-exclusion is a voluntary, binding agreement between a player and 499det to prevent access to the platform for a specified minimum period. Available exclusion durations are: 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, and permanent (indefinite) exclusion. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to [email protected] with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request".
Upon receiving a self-exclusion request, 499det will:
- Process the exclusion within one business day aligned to Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6).
- Immediately suspend all account access, deposit capabilities, and wagering activity.
- Remove the player from all marketing and promotional mailing lists for the full duration of the exclusion.
- Hold any remaining account balance securely; funds will be returned to the player's registered payment method upon verified request after the exclusion period concludes.
Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened or reversed before their natural end date under any circumstances. At the conclusion of the exclusion period, the player must actively contact 499det to request account reactivation — accounts do not reopen automatically. A mandatory 24-hour reflection period applies before reactivation is confirmed.
4 Underage Gambling Prevention
